Returns or Exchanges
All items in solid gold are not eligible for return.

We do not accept returns on Custom Orders.
Use the contact form to detail all returns. They must be made within 30 days of the date you received your order. If you decide to return your order you may be awarded a full refund of your order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
Return shipping is on the cost of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
Jewelry must be in the same condition upon which it was received.
Please include all parts of the original packaging. (box or drawstring bag)
Damaged or Defective Items:
Jewelry may be replaced if deemed damaged or defective and must be reported within 7 days of receiving your packaged order.
Damaged or defective jewelry refers to the structure of the jewelry and is not the same as wear and tear - examples of damaged or defective items include:
-Broken chain, links or clasps without signs of force (links are not stretched)
-Clasps that do not function properly
-Broken posts or backs on earrings
Send an email to email@example.com with your name, order number and a photo of your damaged or defective items. You will receive a response within 48 hours. If it is deemed that your items are in fact damaged or defective, you will be asked to return all parts of your order. A shipping label will be sent to you via email.
Once your damaged or defective items have been received and looked at, an email will be sent to notify you of your new order number and shipping details for the replacement items.
